Sitting in circle
We receive each other’s words in the vibrant silence of the heart
Sister
Brother
Heard and held.
Yes, mind chatters:
Advice this
Judgement that.
But the space beyond it
is where we are listening from
living from
as we shed skins
tears
time
We sit
naked
all the same
offering nothing
but our loving presence
to each other
