Join writer, facilitator & embodiment practitioner Alice Flynn at Hengistbury Head for a morning enjoying the majesty & simplicity of nature – and how this can influence our creative writing.
We’ll also explore an embodied approach to creative writing working with the rhythms of breath & movement in the body & how these might be in reciprocal relationship with rhythms of ‘breath’ & movement in nature & in our writing.
We will close our session togethering with a packed lunch picnic & optional sharing of our writing.
