Join writer, GTS facilitator & embodiment practitioner Alice Flynn for a morning exploring a playful & spontaneous relationship to landscape & creative writing. As we journey through the variety of terrains of the ancient site of Hengistbury Head, we will nurture an embodied approach to writing that invites us to connect to our intuition & cultivate an immediacy & intimacy with the natural world.
We will close our session togethering with a packed lunch picnic & optional sharing of our writing.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
This event is for all Dorset-based women who would benefit from an uplifting day in community, enjoying nature, connection & creativity.
In keeping with our Wild Writing for Wellbeing & Grace The Space aims, priority for 8 places will be given to diverse groups of women: women of colour, women who feel isolated, who experience mental health issues, those who experience marginalisation for any reason (be that socio-economic, isolation, single parent, gender, sexuality etc). This session is also for those who might not have time/space to access green spaces & creative exploration often, those who might not see themselves as walkers or writers.
No writing/walking experience is necessary.
