Each month we gather together and share variety of relaxing, mindful creative practices, different forms of embodied movement (such as yoga or guided dance), as well as conscious connection over a cup of herbal tea and healthful cake.
The Conscious Creativity Circle a space in which we can access and express our inner worlds, integrate and release as we feel; a space in which we can share in the depths and delights of being human.
