Join us for spacious and supportive practices as we transition into spring. Tuesday/Wednesday evening options available.
ABOUT:
Over the course of six weeks we will share holistic yoga practice with asanas (postures) that are both stretching and strengthening. We will share a variety of the following depending on the group’s needs: meditation, freeform movement to music, sound and an optional weekly sharing circle.

You can join either the TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY course.
Tues: Feb 18, 25, March 3, 10, 17, 24, (No class 31st March)
OR
Weds: Feb 19 (Break Week: No class 26th February) March 4, 11, 18, 25, 1st April
VENUE:
Private yoga studio near Boscombe over cliff. Full address supplied upon booking.
PRACTICALITIES:
We have yoga mats and blankets at the venue, or you are welcome to bring your own. Please bring a bottle of water and clothes you can move in.

Six-week course: £60 for 6 weeks. Payable in one sum or 2 x £30.
Please note, due to the nature of the group space and energy, these sessions are offered in blocks, rather than drop-in sessions. This ensures we all feel the sacred and safe container of the group circle and can deepen in our sharing and presence together as we journey.
