Join us for hatha yoga to relax the body, mind and heart. Sessions are nurturing, with revitalizing postures to stretch and strengthen, restorative breathwork and deep relaxation.
Classes focus on body-oriented practice empowering students to connect with their bodies, natural rhythms and innate fullness. Sessions are suitable for all bodies and all levels of experience. Beginners very welcome.
Mondays: April 9, 16, 23, 30 (No class May 7th), 14 & 21 May.
