Begin the New Year firmly rooted in the solid ground of being. Over six weeks we will practise anchoring in presence through the gateways of silence, embodied movement and breath. We will build and develop both a yoga practice and self-care practice that will bring us back, again and again, to the freeing birthright of simply being and knowing ourselves as love.
We will practise asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, self-care and reflection together. We will stretch and strengthen the body, soothe the nervous system and bring greater balance to the body-mind.
We will work with:

* Self-care: kind words, holistic touch, space to be
* Heart-centred intention and attention
Tuesdays, 6pm – 7.45pm (including deep relaxation)
£60 (Payable in one payment or split into two £30 payments).
