Join Alice for an enlivening, strengthening and expansive yoga practice, every Monday evening taking us into spring.
We will practise asana to both bring heat to the body through dynamic postures and movement, as well as clearing, cleansing twists and breath work, mobility and stability. We will work on all levels in an integrated way (body, heart, energetics and psyche) to ensure the sessions are a vibrant source of nourishment, supporting capacity, receptivity & resilience.
When: 6 – 7pm,
Mondays, February: 8, 15, 22 and March 1st, 8, 15
Where: Online via Zoom.
£9 x 6 = £54 in total.
Payment is for the whole block, via PayPal or BACS upon request.
