Join us for a weekly exploration of how movement, meditation, self-care practices, reflection and deep-rest can nourish and support us at a deep level, as we empower ourselves to meet life as it is, as we are.

Resiliency – Roots – Connection – Love

Each week we begin with a sharing in circle – time and space to be heard, nothing to fix or change as others simply listen. This in itself can be healing.

We will explore ways to tap into the security and strength in our bodies, feeling secure and rooted, using psoas release techniques and grounding asana practice and breathwork.

Each session will support a deep, embodied remembering of our connectedness to all of life as we meet any longing and loneliness in our hearts with tenderness and a commitment to welcoming all that arises as we come back to the home within us all.

Other tools we will use include: meditation, visualisation and journaling practices to grow our inner resiliency to meet all that life brings, as well as ‘widening our circle’ resting and sensing our place in the collective, embodying the love that we are.

There are two opportunities to join this course: on a Tuesday evening (one place is left) OR Wednesday evening.

The next course dates are as follows:
Tues: June: 11, 18, 25, July: 2, 9, 16
Weds: June: 12, 19, 26, July: 3, 10, 17

Time: 6-7.45/8pm
Venue: private studio, nr. Boscombe Overcliff, address given upon booking.
