This course is a richly nourishing practice that invites an empowering expression of your fullness and a deep listening to, and recognition of, the whole being.

It is a practice of self-care, self-love and joyful, nourishing embodied expression of your innate fullness and truth in the form of feminine essence. It is for those wishing to gift themselves space, and connection, time for rest, release and renewal as we move into winter.

Over six weeks, we will practise asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and reflection together. We will experience how yoga, silence, stillness and space can support us in daily life.
Areas of exploration include:

* Truth (Satya)

* Devotion

* Radiance

* Suffering

* Meeting in Presence

 

Truth: we will move from the concept of truth to our lived experience of it.  We will gave space to our natural movement patterns and orient our movement from our natural essence and rest in the nourishing results of this ‘stripping back’ to truth and authenticity.

Devotion: our asana practice, as with any practice, can be deeply transformational if it is an honouring, an offering or prayer. We will connect to the supportive anchor of ritual and receive the benefits of movement as devotional practice.

Radiance: through simply being, resting in the truth of our ‘enoughness’, as we are, we can allow our radiance, practising resting in this potency both on the mat and in daily life. Our movement will be both an honouring of our innate radiance and an expression of it.

Suffering: we will explore the relationship between suffering and pain and how this interplay maybe functioning in how we relate to the world at large and our inner world – in relation to our thoughts, feelings and body. We will explore unhooking from suffering and a remembering of ourselves as free.

Meeting in Presence: moment to moment we will practise meeting whatever arises to be seen, heard, felt and expressed. Through movement, spacious breathwork and meditation, we’ll move in awareness, as awareness, meeting life as it arises.

Wednesdays, 6pm – 7.45pm (including deep relaxation)
£60 (Payable in one payment or split into two £30 payments).
